The client, a Christian bookshop and charity, sought a fresh start on Victoria Road with a modern yet respectful redesign.
The original building was cleared to make way for a newly constructed, three-story mixed-use development that seamlessly integrates retail and community spaces. The architectural approach prioritised natural light, creating an inviting and serene atmosphere conducive to reflection and study.
Traditional materials were thoughtfully used to enhance the building’s timeless aesthetic, while sound-dampening features were incorporated to ensure a peaceful experience for visitors.
